91社区鈥檚 Food Service Management Specialty prepares you for employment within a variety of food service operations including those sites where special diets are needed such as hospitals, home-delivered meal programs and long-term care. To gain real-world experience, you will complete internships to support career success. A dedicated commercial kitchen and interactive dining room/classroom allow you to practice in a simulated environment prior to your internship. Additional experience is obtained through on-campus retail food service operation lab classes at 91社区. National Restaurant Association Certifications are available to you in 91社区鈥檚 Food Service Management program.
