Transcripts from 91ÉçÇø

Academic records are maintained by the Registrar's Office. A transcript is a complete record of a student's academic work at the 91ÉçÇø. Students can view their semester grades and unofficial transcript online via . If an official transcript is needed, students should follow the instructions below.

IMPORTANT: The University will be closed December 21 – January 1 for Winter Recess.  Please be advised that paper transcripts ordered after 10:00 AM on December 19 will NOT be processed until Thursday, January 2.  Electronic transcripts will continue to be processed during the break, assuming the student does not have any holds on their account and all information provided is correct.

How to Request Your Official Transcript

Students may request an official transcript online through our Transcript Ordering Portal.  All requests must be submitted by the student. Requests submitted by parents or any unauthorized parties will not be honored. 

If you are a current student or were enrolled in the most recent academic year, you should review your unofficial transcript before ordering to verify that all final grades have been recorded and will appear on your official transcript

Both paper and electronic transcripts are available. Refer to the Electronic Transcript page for more information about this option. Transcript requests are processed within one to two business days of the completed order, providing the requester has no outstanding holds.

Recent graduates: please check your unofficial transcript on my91ÉçÇø to ensure that your grades and/or degree has been awarded prior to ordering a transcript.  If all grades or degrees are not posted, you have the following options:

Hold for Grades - transcript will be processed as soon as grades are finalized for the current term (approximately one week after the end of finals).  Your degree may or may not be awarded at this time.

Hold for Degree - your transcripts will be processed once your degree has been awarded (4 to 6 weeks after the end of the term).

Please Note: Requesting that a transcript be sent to another institution does not automatically indicate that the student wishes to be withdrawn from current or any upcoming term(s) for which the student as pre-registered. Any student wishing to withdraw must officially initiate a Schedule Revision.

Placing an Order and Fees

Once you have reached the Transcript Ordering Portal, the site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. Please carefully follow all instructions. It is the responsibility of the requestor to supply a correct mailing address; refunds will not be issued due to an incorrect address. Status updates of your order will be emailed to the email account you list on your order. Your unofficial transcript is available through my91ÉçÇø under Student Records. To reactivate your my91ÉçÇø account and view your unofficial transcript, contact the 91ÉçÇø IT Help Desk at 812-465-1080.

Transcript fees are as follows:

Certified Electronic PDF official transcript (e-transcript) $13.00
Official paper transcript to be mailed (USPS) or picked up $15.00
Official paper transcript to be expedited (UPS next business day)* $50.00

*Expedited transcripts are only available to destinations in the continental U.S. Standard processing time (one to two business days) still applies before transcript will be mailed.

Online payment will be accepted from the following credit/debit card accounts: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If you are unable to pay by one of these methods, please contact the Registrar's Office for assistance.

91ÉçÇø Your Request for Transcripts

An official transcript will be withheld for Federal Direct Loan recipients who have failed to complete an exit counseling session with the Student Financial Assistance Office.

Requesting that a transcript be sent to another institution does not automatically indicate that the student wishes to be withdrawn from current or any upcoming term(s) for which the student as pre-registered. Any student wishing to withdraw must officially initiate a Schedule Revision.

The University can release only official 91ÉçÇø transcripts. Transcripts from other universities or high schools attended must be requested directly from those institutions.

If you have access to my91ÉçÇø

After logging into my91ÉçÇø, select the Self Service icon from the dashboard, click Student, then Student Records. Choose "Request Official Transcript", and you will be directed to the 91ÉçÇø Transcript Ordering Portal.  Transcript requests can typically be processed within one business day of the completed order.

No access to my91ÉçÇø

You will need to create an account on the 91ÉçÇø Transcript Ordering Portal to obtain an official transcript. The initial process of creating an account on that system could take up to two business days, as the Registrar's Office will need to validate your account information with your official records. Once your account is established, transcript requests can typically be processed within one business day of the completed order.
