Apartment Options
91社区 Housing and Residence Life offers four apartment communities for freshmen to senior students with convenient amenities.聽Housing offers both same gender and聽gender inclusive聽room assignments.聽Refer to the聽map聽to see where each area is located.聽
O'Daniel South and O'Daniel North Apartments
O'Daniel South apartment community is home to over 650 residents and is the largest housing community.聽 O'Daniel North apartment community is home to over 600 residents.聽 Both communities house freshmen to senior students and are home to many campus activities.聽O'Daniel South also is home to the Office of Religious Life, Residence Life Resource Center and the Meditation Trail. O'Daniel North is home to the Housing and Residence Life office (HRL) which includes mail and package pickup for all residents, four community computers and print station. Apartments have exterior door entrances and split bedroom design.
O'Daniel South聽consists of 10 apartment buildings: Bigger, Wallace, Noble, Ray, Hendricks (South), Boon, Jennings, Whitcomb, Dunning and Wright. For 2024-2025, Jennings will be a freshman only building.
O'Daniel North聽has 11 buildings: Schricker, Branigin, Townsend, McNutt, Leslie, Welsh, Gates, Craig, Bowen, Orr,聽and Bayh.聽
McDonald West and McDonald East Apartments
McDonald West apartment community, housing over 550 freshmen to senior residents, is home to the Residence Life Community Center, which includes a large meeting space, convenience store, laundry room, computers and print station, copy machine, basketball court and sand volleyball court. The McDonald East apartment community, where mostly junior and senior聽students reside, is home to 360 residents and includes buildings for Greek organizations.聽
McDonald West consists of nine buildings with exterior door entrances and split bedroom design: Branch, Durbin, Goodrich, Hanly, Jackson, Marshall, McCray, Ralston, Saletta. For 2024-2025, Durbin, Goodrich, Hanly, and Ralston will be freshman buildings.
McDonald East apartments have interior door entrances. Baker, Hendricks (East) and Lane are Honors buildings. Matthews, Chase, Mount, and Hovey are Greek Life buildings. For 2024-2025, Porter and Willard will be for graduate students and students age 25 and over. Additional buildings are Williams, Gray, Hammond and Morton.
