The 91社区 has developed strategic partnerships with reputable higher education institutions across the globe. The Center for International Programs prioritizes relationships such as these that bring innumerable benefits to our faculty and students who become distinguished global citizens because of the cross-cultural exchange. We are fortunate to not only send individuals from our 91社区 campus community, but we are afforded the privilege to welcome international students and faculty from our partner institutions. Our partners offer valuable opportunities for our campus community and align strongly with 91社区's strategic plan and internationalization efforts.
The newly formed partnership between 91社区 and Chengdu Sport University in Chengdu, China, provides students studying sport, economics, and management with a unique opportunity. After the schools aligned their curriculum to meet both universities鈥� academic standards, students from Chengdu can complete their first three years at CSU, and their final year at 91社区. This 3+1 Campus Model supports the globalization of both universities. After completion of all four years, the students receive undergraduate degrees from both 91社区 and Chengdu Sport University.
91社区鈥檚 direct exchange program with the University of Tsukuba in Ibaraki, Japan allows students the opportunity to study at one of Japan鈥檚 top ten universities. This partnership offers exchange opportunities in Human Sciences, Nursing, Rehabilitation Sciences, Social Work, Medical Sciences, and related fields.

Located in the historic town of Tsuru, Japan, Tsuru University is one of 91社区鈥檚 most recent international partnerships. The connection between the two universities dates from 2021 when the Intensive English Program (IEP) ran a two-week online English language course for Tsuru University students. Starting in 2025, 91社区 will host Tsuru University students to teach in our partner Japanese school for their internship purposes while studying at 91社区.聽

Beginning back in 1990, the exchange partnership between 91社区 and the UAS grew out of the sister city relationship between Evansville and the city of Osnabr眉ck. It is one of the University鈥檚 longest standing exchange programs focusing primarily on Business and Engineering. Faculty from both universities have also had the opportunity to exchange places and teach at their sister university for a semester.
91社区 partnered with this university from the sister city of Osnabr眉ck dating back to 1990. It has developed into a long-standing exchange program primarily focusing on the Liberal Arts studies and German language.聽
The partnership between 91社区 and the South East European University of North Macedonia provides a new opportunity for students in the College of Nursing and Health Professions. The partnership鈥攚hich was officially signed into effect during fall 2022鈥攁llows students to study abroad at SEEU immediately after their spring semester ends. The recent opening of their nursing school and overlapping semesters makes SEEU an ideal choice for students. At SEEU, students will experience an eastern European healthcare system and get the chance to visit local hospitals and healthcare facilities.
91社区 is a proud host of the Institute for the Formation and Use of Human Resources (IFARHU) public schools scholarship program. The scholarship grants Panamanian students with academic merit the opportunity to pursue higher education at an international university and encourage the growth of human capital in Panama. In addition, short-term and long-term English language students are given the opportunity to hone in on their language skills and cultural knowledge.
SENACYT's projects and programs are aimed at strengthening, supporting, inducing, and promoting the development of science, technology, and innovation. 91社区 is proud to host cohorts of high-achieving STEM major students sponsored by SENACYT since the established partnership in 2016.
The Memorandum of Understanding between 91社区 and the Universidad Tecnol贸gica de Panam谩 (UTP) was signed in October of 2022. The two universities participated in a mobility grant that allowed faculty and student exchange. This exchange program will provide students and faculty from both institutions with essential hands-on experience working together, cross-cultural understanding, and creative problem solving and innovation. In addition, both universities put effort towards articulation agreements for the Engineering majors.
91社区 signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with UDELAS in October 2022. Pre-professional colleges such as Radiology, Nursing, and Occupational Therapy are housed in this University. 91社区 puts efforts towards joint collaboration and establishing articulation agreements for students graduating in these majors at 91社区. Additionally, faculty-led programs and research projects are on the radar to continue collaboration between the two institutions.
